Real Estate Sales Advisor – Off-Plan (UAE Market)

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Consultation

  • Meet with potential clients to understand their property requirements and financial capacity.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information on off-plan projects including location, pricing, payment plans, and handover dates.
  • Offer expert advice on market trends, project value, and ROI opportunities.

2. Property Sales

  • Promote and present off-plan properties from leading UAE developers.
  • Coordinate property viewings, attend site visits, and represent the company at real estate events and exhibitions.
  • Guide clients throughout the buying process, negotiate terms, finalize payment plans, and ensure all required documentation is completed.

3. Market Research

  • Stay updated on the latest market trends, project launches, property values, and developer updates.
  • Analyze competitor activities and pricing strategies to maintain a strong market position.

4. Lead Generation

  • Source and develop new leads through networking, referrals, online platforms, and marketing channels.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified clients and follow up consistently to maximize conversions.

5. Client Relationship Management

  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients.
  • Maintain regular communication, provide updates on project progress, and offer ongoing market guidance.
  • Ensure client satisfaction to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in the UAE off-plan real estate market.

Strong knowledge of major developers and communities in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Arabic language is an advantage.

Must be currently in the UAE and available to join immediately.

Highly motivated, positive attitude, and result-driven personality.
